I mainly offer face to face appointments at my rooms in North Shields.

However, online appointments may be requested.

  • Experienced practitioner offering  psychotherapy for children, teenagers and adults.

  • I take an 'at depth' approach to psychological difficulties. This tends to take longer than cognitive behaviour therapy, but it results in lasting change. 

​

  • I have particular experience in working with adults with acute or recurring difficulties, which are often the result of problems in earlier life, which were not able to be attended to at the time.

  • I also specialise in work with children and teenagers.  Please see the relevant pages on this website.

  • Flexible fees and times.  
  • I offer a small number of lower fee places for those who could not otherwise attend. Please call or email me to enquire.
